Truth or Consequences, NM — Today, the Republican Party of New Mexico’s State Central Committee (SCC) held its 2024 Biennial Convention and elected Amy Barela as our new Chairwoman to lead the Republican Party of New Mexico. In response, Senate Republican Leader, Senator Bill Sharer (R-Farmington) issued the following statement:
“I extend my sincere congratulations to Amy Barela as our new Republican Party of New Mexico’s Chairwoman.
